Your Job
We are the Accenture Service Capability within the Accenture Salesforce Business Group. We develop and implement innovative Salesforce solutions at the client with a focus on providing customer service.
Einstein is the so-called Salesforce AI functionality, that enables Salesforce users to have AI available while working with the system. Within the service area AI can, amongst others, be used to intelligently route customer service request to agents answering them. Moreover, those agents are empowered with powerful AI suggestions to provide fast feedback to the customer. For this internship, however, we will focus on the natural language processing (NLP) capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Using machine learning and natural language processing techniques, Einstein Bots for Service and Einstein Reply can provide powerful suggestions and answers from requests written in free-form text by decoding the content of the customer request.
In this internship you will have the job to: (1) Discover how Einstein Reply and Einstein Bots need to be setup in the system to take full advantage of the features; (2) Determine the minimum business input you need to let this work; and (3) Analyze the current limitations and future possibilities.

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Bachelor or Master student in IT, Business IT or related studies
·  Fluent in Dutch and English
·  Self-starter and independent worker
·  Proactive, eager to learn and able to solve complex issues
·  Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; the ability to communicate the value of IT and the business impact.
·  Available for 4-6 months
