Objective of a NA Career Launch Representative:
· Execute a high touch onboarding process for North America new joiners
· Provides a high level of customer service and partnership with recruiters, recruiting teams and new joiners
· Works autonomously to resolve issues and lessen unnecessary hand offs
· Ensures proper enablement
· Becomes the Career Launch Point of Contact for all onboarding inquiries
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
· Minimum of 18 months of experience facilitating the Career Launch process
· 12 months experience with ATAS and Candidate Hub tools
Preferred Skills
· Excellent ability to resolution and provide high touch support
· Ability to work through a variety of issues and interact with various levels of the organization
· Strong communications skills both written and verbal
· Detail oriented with strong follow through
· Must be a team player
· Responsible and accurate with the completion of outlined tasks
· Resolves urgent matters and work under pressure with fluctuating demand needs
· Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
· Experience using SharePoint and ATAS preferred
