The Mobilization Specialist supports mobilization projects during service transition. This role will be responsible for end to end delivery of the transition resources (FTEs) or a given Workstream ((e.g., PMO, knowledge transfer, People enablement, technology, transformation of the ToBe process) starting from planning to execute to stabilization post go live.
Basic Qualifications:
•Should have over 4 years of overall work experience
•Approximately 1-2 years' project management experience
•Bachelor's degree
Travel Requirement:
•Moderate to extensive travel as required to countries of South America: Chile, México, Costa Rica, Brazil, others.

Technical skills:
•MS Project: Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining project plans. Report out using basic MS Project options
•MS Visio: Create and maintain process maps
•MS Excel: Create and manage detailed project plan with specific tollgates, milestones, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status
•MS Power point: Governance meetings to provide the updates based on the expectations from the target audience
Key Responsibilities:
•Leads end to end small FTE Transition or a component of a Service Transition program
•Manages the development and deployment of transition deliverables
•Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
•Manages internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
•Demonstrates ability as individual contributor and work in collaboration with cross functional teams
•Create project staffing plan and enable operations staffing; provide daily status on hiring
•Client interaction – Onshore and remote
•Create, execute and control Knowledge transfer approach and plan for transitions from Clients sites to Accenture sites.

Support in identifying new opportunities/expansion by demonstration of Accenture's capabilities in delivery and project management and actively engaging in discussions and negotiations with key client and Accenture stakeholders and sponsors.
