Job Description:

The Mobilization team works with industry-leading clients to understand what clients have asked Accenture to do for them and convert that into tangible actions. Members of the team develop a large breadth of experience across our Accenture Operations service offerings and industries, and they have a unique vantage point of seeing a deal from a sales and execution perspective. They quickly become a trusted client advisor who will turn vision into reality.

The Mobilization Analyst helps confirm the necessary processes, procedures, and resources are enabled to begin to execute a committed scope of services to the client. The scope of these transition activities may cover multiple processes and geographic areas in a globally diverse environment.


Key Responsibilities:
· Support process design and blueprinting for our clients (e.g., stakeholder enablement and readiness, standardizing processes, etc.)
· Support a workstream or program as they work through transition
· Adhere to and implement mobilization methods and tools
· Support sales teams by creating response materials conveying the value of mobilization
· Demonstrate ability as individual contributor and part of the team
· Contribute to mobilization capabilities through ongoing learning

Travel Requirement:
· Must be flexible to travel up to 100%

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's Degree or a graduation date as of December 2019
·  Minimum of 1 internship

Preferred Qualifications:
·  Understanding of finance & accounting business processes
·  Consultative approach in dealing with challenges
·  Strong attention to detail and how to summarize it for an executive audience
·  Ability to professionally challenge answers when things do not seem right
·  Effectively engage in client conversations and provide guidance
·  Exposure to project management and process design/mapping concepts
