Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.

The Messaging & Collaboration / Scripting Senior Analyst will work from the Accenture client location and interact with customer on a daily basis. This professional will serve as subject matter expert for entire messaging & collaboration technologies and will be on-call on a rotational basis for critical issues. Will also serve as an escalation point of contact for off-shore delivery team.

Key Responsibilities :
· Expert on Messaging platform including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Skype for Business, Enterprise Vault Suite etc.
· In depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365
· Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards.
· Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology.
· Experience implementing GPOs, OU, resources, security principals, replication, DNS / name space, group policy management, schema modifications, ADFS, SSO, domain / forest creation
· Strong shell scripting (PowerShell, SQL, VB…)
· Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
· Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary
· Compose and compile thorough documentation to enable ongoing administration and support of their respective systems and applications.
· Strong ITIL process knowledge
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum 2 years of experience with shell scripting (PowerShell, SQL, VB…)

Preferred Qualifications
·  Experience with handling ongoing and new projects throughout project life cycle
·  Subject matter expert on entire messaging & collaboration technologies
·  Serve as escalation point of contact for off-shore delivery team.
