Overview:

This role resides in the Marketing Services team within Accenture Operations. Marketing Services provides end to end and specialized marketing campaign and program development, management, execution and delivery for the Accenture Marketing Communications Organization in an “as a service” model. This candidate may align to an industry in their assigned role, but will be functionally accountable and aligned to Marketing Services from a career standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Executes marketing and communications assignments for various Accenture organizational entities in alignment with the marketing and communications strategy
·  Ensures successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. Programs can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events. sponsorships, collateral credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, database management, digital marketing, lead generation, merchandise brand and award company recognition and more.
·  Comply with Accenture brand strategy and visual identity program, advising on this to non-marketing Accenture contacts as necessary
·  Measures results from programs, and provide information on relevant metrics to program owners as appropriate
·  Manages and forecasts marketing budget for assignments and ensures that leadership is kept apprised of progress against budgets and timelines
·  Escalates appropriately any potential budget and time over runs
·  Ensures strict adherence to all company policies and protocols
·  Potentially serves as a liaison to third party service providers e.g. approved agencies, designers, writers and media PR agencies
·  May oversee more junior level Marketing Services team members.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
·  Minimum 3 years' of experience in Marketing roles
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in digital and social media

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Project Management
·  Excellent project management skills
·  Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns which include paid search, social media, website content company pages , banner advertising, etc. for purposes of opportunity and client centric focus
·  Experience in managing events and strategic partnerships
·  Experience in marketing collateral development including sales campaign materials, thought leadership, credentials case study development
·  Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce or similar marketing contact databases a plus
·  Experience measuring marketing effectiveness and return on investment metrics analysis
·  Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project related issues
·  Thorough understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills
·  Ability to navigate the web effectively – research driven
·  Experience working with creative agencies and outside vendors
