The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

Job Summary:
Overall responsibility for technical support of the top executives at Accenture. This includes planning and support of individual technologies such as laptops, mobile devices, etc. as well as supporting key meetings. The focus of the meetings support are primarily those sponsored by the Office of the CEO as well as ones sponsored by other GMC members. Additional events may be supported as availability allows. The goal of the position is to maximize VIP productivity, avoid downtime and increase customer satisfaction with Accenture technologies and events. It is expected that events supported and attended by our key senior leadership have detailed planning and flawless execution. Key Responsibilities include Overall responsibility for global VIP support, Office of the CEO Events Management reporting on outcomes and updates on status for VIP activities Ensue tat new product and services are rolled out flawlessly to Accenture VIPs Participate and drive new product definition to balance services and customer satisfaction SLA Management, key metrics, customer satisfaction and service level maintenance Pursue continuous improvement opportunities Mentorship and teaming across LTS and GS groups Maintain and create vendor relationships

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with workstation hardware and software support
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT service and people management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Management of effective client service relationships
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Delivery of IT services in line with established service level agreements

Preferred Skill Requirements:
·  Bachelor Degree in related field
