Job Description

The Location Services Analyst independently carries out all the services in his/her area(s) of responsibility and may oversee the work of team members. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities delivered at a location including space management, workspace set-up, technology, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out tasks according to guidelines.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Oversee operations and delivery of services within areas of responsibility ensuring compliance to policies and guidelines.
· Independently manage logistics of the customer experience and communicate as needed.
· Lead Office Operations teams to achieve the appropriate level of external and internal customer satisfaction.
· Provide coaching and supervision within the areas of responsibility.
· Act as a resource for questions from workgroup and customers.
· Oversee and assist with integration of new joiners.
· Build relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
· Independently complete a wide range of services supporting the customer and facility operations.
· Assist each customer by providing individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up.
· Prioritizes and completes assigned tasks following general guidelines to meet defined goals.
· Answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct to the appropriate resource.
· Problem-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts.
· Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.
· Implement processes to deliver performance improvements supporting Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy.
· Act as a point of contact with external providers ensuring adherence to service delivery outlined in the contracts.
· Conduct regular checks of the office environment and report any areas requiring maintenance or electrical attention.
· Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
· Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
· May receive, review and process Office Operations invoices as per company guidelines including vendor set up, opening PO's, resolving billing issues and escalating as needed.
· Act as the point of contact for various Office Operations tools in the location, related to technical support and end user training.
· Ensure optimal workspace occupancy in the location.
· Set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment.
· Must be well versed with the multi-media technology offered at this location.
· Provide technical support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
· Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
· Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).
· Maintain or coordinate just-in-time inventory of facility supplies according to location guidelines.
· Greet/direct employees and visitors, issue visitor access cards, answer general inquires, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource.
· Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls according to local guidelines.
· Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering and equipment).
· Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound, mail, packages and faxes.
· Distribute and track office security access cards.
· May handle or coordinate process large-scale duplicating projects including copying, collating, assembly and binding.
· May assist with customer retrieval, return and/or destruction of documents, according to archival guidelines.
· Move and track movement of customer storage to appropriate location.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office or workgroup.
· May be involved in actions related to programs or projects.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Post-Secondary Education – college diploma or relevant certification
·  2+ years of experience in customer service delivery (hotel Industry experience an asset)
·  1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
