Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Job Description

· Create sense of community in the location
· Partner w/ the OMD on local talent and location strategy initiatives
· Welcome new joiners and ensure new hire visibility to local leadership, clients, events, and local resources
· Prepare and deliver new joiner orientation
· Conduct exit interviews and HR discussions for departures (for some groups, this may be HRCA)
· Spend time with our people in the locations (in office, at client site, community events, etc.)
· Handle sensitive HR issues
· Assist with NA programs delivered at the local level (i.e. Milestone Seminars, Sell Days, Focus Groups)
· Support local training

Field HR Specialist

Manage HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations. May include: design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Bachelors degree
·  2 years of professional HR experience or HR Training
Preferred Qualifications:
·  SHRM certification
·  1 year of Accenture experience
Professional Skills:
·  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
·  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Role Requirements:

·  Expected to support ACS Delivery Center locations (Charlotte and Rancho Cordova) onsite from Rancho Cordova location
