The Order to Cash Associate will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions mainly cash collections activities (direct and indirect), customer queries and dispute resolution activities , billing, posting customer payments, gathering and analyzing financial information, etc. Some of your duties would include analyzing customer account balances, investigating and resolving customer issues, corresponding and negotiating with customers, writing off uncollectible balances, applying cash remittances and credit adjustments, etc.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining daily productions logs, meet the daily deadlines for payment activities, share knowledge and experience with other members of team and assist less experienced staff where appropriate.

Desired profile

The functional competencies that we'd like to see are that you have knowledge and/or experience of Accounts Payables and that you are experienced in related AP systems such as SAP but also in MS Office.

The languages required for this position is either Italian or Turkish; English is a given.

Ideally, you are:

·  able to handle multiple tasks;
·  analytical; and
·  a team player with good communication skills
