In our Learning & Development team, we have an open position as Benelux Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor. In this role, you contribute to all L&D projects as well as initiating new programs upon need. You will be responsible for example for the topics of Onboarding, Career Level Seminars, Coaching and Leadership Development. You provide input into the Capability Development Strategy per the market demands, business priorities and Accenture Strategy. In general, you understand the skill development needs of the organization to identify or develop Learning assets to create viable solutions.

Place in the organization

The L&D Advisor is sitting in the Learning & Development team in Benelux (location Amsterdam) currently consisting of 5fte. The Benelux team is part of the Gallia team (that includes France and Mauritius). You will report to the L&D Benelux Lead. In this role you will be working closely with Business Leadership from the organization, Country Learning contact persons, HR Business partners and international L&D colleagues. You'll have regular contact with the L&D Shared Service Center (offshore), the Talent Development Center of Excellence (CoE), Global Capability leads and our external providers.

Key responsibilities

· Manage Learning projects in scope, define target audiences, create Learning content and implement
· Provide input into and implement the Capability Development Strategy according to the market demands, business priorities, and Accenture Strategy
· Build and maintain strong and trusted relationship with business leads, (Learning) sponsors, vendors, external professionals and SME's
· Develop and implement Learning assets and programs designed to build the necessary skills (leverage Accenture Learning where appropriate)
· Implement communication plans (including both push and pull communication channels) with Business Leaders to create awareness of various opportunities to build capabilities, such as training, assets and collaboration (leverage Accenture Learning or other shared services where appropriate)
· Act as the Strategic Advisor for HR business partners & management at the Gallia level (consisting of France & the Benelux)

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Masters degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
·  Approximately 1-3 years relevant experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus in Learning & Development;
·  Affinity with Learning & Development;
·  Fluent in Dutch and English;
·  An excellent communicator both verbal and written;
·  An influencer and strong personality;
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
·  Organizational sensitive;
·  Good planning and organizing skills;
·  Ability to work independently;
·  Ability to escalate issues promptly;
·  Ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels of Accenture;
·  Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
