Job description

As Junior IT Servicedesk employee at Accenture you are part of the Service Delivery Management group within Accenture Technology Services. You are responsible for processing problems, changes and incidents in our helpdesk system. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are important in this job. You have the ambition to become proficient in the job.

Your daily work activities

· Call handling
· Sharepoint administration
· Intermediary for the used tooling
· SAP account administration
· Service Level Reporting
· Quality and security audits

· At minimum a completed technical MBO level 4, by example ICT administrator;

· Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English;
