Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

· Work with stakeholders to understand their business problems, translate those problems into data problem, and then provide insight back to the business based on those results
· Mentor data analyst team and be responsible for overall quality of reports and dashboards produced
· Create and automate reports, visualize and provide insights on the same. Perform quality check on the results and highlight inconsistencies
· Work on adhoc analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the business
· Build reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.
· Explain reports and analysis to stake holders and drill down into data to answer any queries
· Deliver on timelines and provide recommendations on process improvements
· Take ownership and be responsible for all the reporting projects assigned
· Provide insights and recommendation
· Handle ad hoc data analysis and queries

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Experiences on Business data analysis
·  Past experience creating reports
·  Good verbal and written communications via PPT/Word/Email, effective visual communication using graphs, charts, and other visualizations
·  Exposure to big data concepts preferred
·  Some training or hands on experience designing reports
·  Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
