Your impact

As a Junior Corporate Recruiter at Accenture, you help graduating students find a challenging job at Accenture's office in Heerlen. Our goal is to offer challenging positions for locals and people interested in moving (back) to the Limburg region. Daily responsibilities include the full recruitment cycle. With your positive attitude and team spirit you can look ahead and act as a trusted advisor for your candidates and hiring managers. You use your creative, analytical and commercial skills to empower Accenture to grow while also growing yourself. Your main responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment of graduate level candidates;

• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders;

• Interview candidates and advising managers;

• Develop innovative campus recruitment strategies.

You will work closely together with a professional recruitment organization consisting of Corporate Recruiters, Talent Sourcers, Operational support and an Employer branding specialist. The Accenture Recruitment Team is part of the Corporate Functions organization. Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization's activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.

The new colleague we are looking for has a bachelor or master degree or will graduate anytime soon. We work in a local and international environment so fluent in Dutch and English is required. You are strong in communication, teamwork and you like to connect to new people.
