Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end to end project management activities. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope, and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on deliverables execution Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
Responsibilities:
· Leads a medium project, or moderate to high complexity workstream on a project under more senior leaders' direction. May include managing a project of over 30,000 person-hours in scale; Scope includes budget management (as defined by scope, complexity, and scale.
· Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g., build or test)
· Proactively manage and monitor the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner.
· Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc.
· Ensure that internal and external project resources with appropriate skill sets are provided
· Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level
· Ensure resolution of cross-segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts
· Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency and overall budget performance (e.g., Estimate At Completion (EAC) vs. budget)
· Proactively eliminate critical path roadblocks to help ensure the successful delivery of the solution.
· Take steps to proactively mitigate project risk as defined/required in the project plan.
· Ensure stakeholders clearly understand what risks will or will not be mitigated
· Ensure project members effectively manage dependencies, budgets, and schedule
· Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
· Report and manage overall project/release status back to the project sponsor and stakeholders
· Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications, and focus on quality.
· Validate that proper deliverable and phase stage containment occurs where required, e.g., signoffs are scheduled and completed, dependent deliverables are completed, phase plans are completed, and agreed to by project leads before the phase starts.
· Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders' commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams
· Ensure peer and/or quality reviews are completed for each project and address findings with the project team
· Review and be responsible for the overall development and integration of requirements
· Define the project iteration strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations
· Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
· Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
· Manage relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract
· Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions
· Participate in quality management reviews
· Ensure that the project's assigned portion of the business case planned value is delivered.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience in a customer facing environment in the information technology industry or it s equivalent coursework.
· Minimum 5 year of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for Fortune 500 customers experience working on and managing enterprise scale projects or it s equivalent coursework.
· Minimum 1 year experience in one or more digital marketing methodologies, or architectures or it s equivalent coursework.
· Minimum 3 year experience managing multi disciplinary teams.
· Proven experience communicating with key senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
