Your impact

Salesforce is the primary enterprise offering within the Salesforce1 Platform. It provides companies with an interface for case management and task management, and a system for automatically routing and escalating important events. The Salesforce customer portal provides customers the ability to track their own cases, includes a social networking plug-in that enables the user to join the conversation about their company on social networking websites, provides analytical tools and other services including email alert, Google search, and access to customers' entitlement and contracts.

For developing and maintaining SalesForce there is the standard development SalesForce web interface. But there are some additional tools required in order order to develop SalesForce. Also, there are several IDE's to choose from when developing SalesForce. It will be your job to research the different tools required to develop SalesForce and research the different IDE's with their pro's and cons. You will write a research report listing the tools and comparing the IDE's with a conclusion on which one suits the best for the maintenance team in Heerlen and should become the standard tool. Also you will provide a working demo of the advised IDE.

During this internship you will work alongside the SalesForce maintenance team in Heerlen. The Accenture Heerlen office is located at the Brightlands Smart Services Campus. This is our designated location for delivering nearshore maintenance and development for our SalesForce clients in the Netherlands and western Europe.

Qualifications :

Your background

• Bachelor student in IT or related;

• Preferably experienced with Java, Javascript and HTML/CSS;

• Motivated, eager and willing to learn;

• Fluent in English and Dutch;
