Internship PPSM Design Thinking – Heerlen

Besides these more technical specializations, there is the ambition to grow and professionalize Design Thinking (as a new IT business technology). This technology is also very suitable to deploy as a means for customer relations.

The purpose of the internship assignment is firstly researching the need of a Design Thinking capability in Heerlen, at which the need of our internal and external clients is leading.

Beside this the intern should create an advisory report based on this research which can give guidance to the organization with setting up the Design Thinking capability in Heerlen.

A few partial assignments could include:

- Researching the need for and added value from Design Thinking for Accenture Heerlen;

- Plotting the conditions and facilities that are needed for setting up a capability of such (for example based on a benchmark research). Think about: needed knowledge, staff and business space.

- Researching the timelines, costs and ROI for setting up this capability;

- Recommend the ways on which brand awareness and sufficient support can be realized (promotion plan);

A more detailed elaboration of the intern scope will be noted in the Plan of Action after the start of the internship.

Qualifications :

Your background
The candidate should have a functional profile with a strong interest in business needs and requirements as well as new IT/business technologies.

• You are in the 3rd or final year of your graduation from college, preferably a specialization in the areas of: Business innovation
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in Dutch and English language
• You can work independently
• Good Communication skills
• Eager to learn
• Problem solving ability
