You are part of the Talent Strategy team at Accenture Netherlands. Within the programs, we are constantly looking for optimization of our diversity policy and initiatives for the company and our culture. At Accenture Netherlands, I&D plays an important role in employee engagement and creating an inclusive culture at the workplace. We achieve this by examining, enhancing and maintaining the satisfaction of our employees. You will be actively involved in our I&D policies and the activities around it. In addition, you will support different recruiting initiatives.

Your tasks are very diverse (it's all in the name) and include, among others: leading (recruitment & leadership development) projects for female colleagues, organizing events and workshops for our internal diversity communities (cross-cultural, people with disabilities, refugees, women in Tech, working parents, etc.), continuously strengthening the I&D policy, setting up internal and external communication content and building and maintaining a relationship with various stakeholders.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  You are an HBO/WO student within the field of HR, Management or another studies with HR affinity
·  You are willing to gain experience in a large international consultancy firm in the field of Corporate Functions
·  You're possessing a hands-on mentality
·  You're communicative, take ownership for smoothly running our volunteering program and platform and can keep track of different activities while motivating others
·  You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language
