Your impact

The target for the PMO team is to develop a service based on Client Data Protection additional to the current services, R&D as a Service and Pricing as a Service. CDP is mandatory and an important area for the project deliver by Accenture at her clients. The coming ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ makes the subject only more important for the projects at clients who work with personal data. This impacts the way Accenture must met the law and regulations for these projects.

This CDP service must provide Accenture her internal clients the possibility to outsource the CDP controls to our service team. The first step is to standardize the Roll-on/Roll-off management as a process and a method which is usable for different clients.

The goal of the internship is to perform a research in which way CDP as a Service can be developed. The intern needs to test the current frameworks and use the outcomes to develop a plan for improvement through an advisory report. This report can exist of the following partial products, for example:

- A research to retrieve the needs of the internal clients for CDP as a service and to develop the model of the service.

- A financial plan that shows the incomes per service which CPMO can generate out of delivering the service to clients.

- Perform a benchmark to comparable processes or teams how they handle CDP and use this for creating an advice to improve the current way of working

- To create an opportunity log to stimulate the FTE growth

- Finetune the sales deck with the goal of reaching new internal clients and sell the service

A more detailed elaboration for the scope of the internship will follow and be determined after the start in the plan of approach.

Qualifications :

Your background
- You are in the final year of your graduation from college.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in Dutch and English language
- You can work independently
- Good analytic skills
- Eager to learn
- Can work indepently
- Problem solving ability
- Knowledge about law is a plus
