Job description



Key Responsibilities:
· Understand global V&A Direction & align with MU procurement to draft MU level disposition plan.
· Support Global Project Integration Team and Local Procurement S&C. In this role they will work with different teams to assure the disposition of the acquired company's supplier and contractor portfolio. And ensure their project portfolios comply with Accenture Procurement's Policies, Processes and Procedures
· Kickoff meeting with MU P+ and provide basis for their decision making
· Executive Base on Plan to come up initial decision on keep, replace & Terminate which best align with Accenture Clauses
· Maintain Master Vendor List and weekly reporting to MU P+ for approval those disposition action also keep V&A team informed.
· Team player that can integrate themselves easily, has a friendly demeanor to work with different stakeholders, but is also comfortable being a self-starter and working independently when needed.
· Flexible schedule to cover meetings in various countries associated with Projects; able to handle lots of moving parts/works well under pressure; experience working from home when needed; can stay focused and see the big picture; strategic thinker; driver of procurement policies; likes challenges.
Qualifications:
· Fluent in English
· Bachelors or related degree
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Source To Pay/Procurement experience
· Experience with project management/leading large teams
· Strong Excel skills
· Detail oriented
· Below qualifications are preferred:
· Work/study abroad experience and/or Graduate Degree
· Minimum of 3 years category management sourcing experience
· Previous experience or familiar with acquisition process
· Japanese reading and writing

Job Summary
NA Scheduling Support – Associate will be responsible for executing the data entry and maintenance tasks required by local S/D team; provide reports as required from myScheduling, etc. to support country resource management.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate will execute a range of processes within the HRSS HR, including but not limited to:
·  Create/update demand data
·  Employee calendar booking and update
·  Scheduling reporting
·  Other resources management related processes
·  Resource Forecasting/planning related processes
The data for demand/calendar will be provided in pre-populated templates from country HR and data entry must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications
·  Education: Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
·  Work Experience: 1+ Years related work experience
·  Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based in HRSS
Relationships
·  Reports to: NA Scheduling Support Team Lead
·  Supervises: N/A
·  External Relationships: Local HR and project contacts
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
·  Basic understanding of Accenture's organizational structure
·  Good working knowledge of Excel
·  Understanding of scheduling process
·  Strong ability to read, understand and execute directions which will be provided in English
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
