We are looking for an Agile Consultant , who will be responsible for accompanying clients in their journey to adapt Agile methodologies as their new way of working. You will provide guidance on tactical level to smoothen reorganization and change management, as well as setting-up and supporting clients’ multidisciplinary Scrum teams.

Qualifications :
Who and what we are looking for?
· Agile Coach with end to end project delivery experience in an agile manner
· Individuals with strong Agile delivery track record, and willing to contribute actively within the firm’s Agile community.
· Persons with experience in implementing Agile and Lean practices such as; Scrum, Kanban, Pair programming, Test Driven Design (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD).
· Extensive work experience as Scrum Master, and has in-depth knowledge of DevOps
· Agile Coach who can design strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
· Individuals who can Implement Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization. The Agile Coach must use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. In order to do this, the Agile Coach must also embody the Agile principles and lead by example
· As a mentor, guide teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.
Preferred experience:
· 3+ years of experience in an Agile delivery environment with 3+ years’ experience as a Coach or trainer
· Must have active involvement experience in atleast 2 Enterprise Agile transformation
· Must have an advanced Agile certification (SPC Agile SAFe, Agile coach, Agile trainer)
· Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-visibility engagements for large Communications & Media, Software Platforms, High Tech or Engineering clients in Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, & Engineering Delivery Management
· Experience working with multi-site teams doing distributed agile delivery
· Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
Key skills:
· Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders.
· Excellent problem solving & root cause analysis skills.
· Excellent project management & stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent collaboration and team building skills
· Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model
· Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
· Engineering background with MBA preferred
Working Conditions:
· Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work/home office
· Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
