Job Description

M&R Managers perform assessments of client facilities to evaluate present M&R programs and determine future state improvements.

·  Document needs and create value propositions for improvement initiatives including the development of site level and enterprise wide M&R strategies
·  Assist teams in development of business cases to include cost/benefit estimation, resource planning, scheduling and definition of KPIs
·  Support client improvement initiatives with expertise on Reliability Centered Maintenance principles to include Criticality Ranking, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
·  Develop and facilitate M&R training workshops in areas to include life-cycle maintenance strategy, planning and scheduling, design management, and change management
·  Provide consulting, training, coaching to Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, Planners and Reliability Engineers
·  Assist with the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs
·  Recommend and drive improvements in the area of shutdown management including logistics, scheduling, organization and contractor management
·  Provide improvement solutions in the area of inventory and warehouse management
·  Work with clients and Accenture solution teams to help capture, define business and functional requirements for CMMS
·  Coordinate effective M&R solutions with SAP PM, Oracle eAM, and IBMm Maximo implementations

Business Development

·  Assist with the identification and prioritization of target clients across the Resources portfolio
·  Team with client account leadership during planning and sales efforts
·  Develop compelling value propositions and proposals that result in increased win rates and improved average daily rates for the management consulting workforce
·  Drive M&R solution development that fully integrates Accenture's consulting and technology capabilities
·  Maintain presence during service delivery and identify follow on needs for both M&R and the broader spectrum of Accenture's capabilities.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance management or as part of a consulting practice focused on maintenance, reliability and operational excellence
·  Minimum of 3 years experience in Resources industry
·  BS in engineering or other technical discipline is required
·  MBA preferred

Preferred Skills

·  Deep expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, RCM, FMEA, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Inventory and Warehouse Management, CMMS and/or EAM
·  Background in Maintenance Management, MRO Inventory Management and/or Reliability Engineering
·  Experience in M&R best practices, root cause analysis, criticality analysis and lifecycle management
·  Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred
·  Working knowledge of common maintenance systems to include SAP PM, Oracle eAM, and IBMm Maximo
·  Direct experience in Resources industry segments is essential
·  Value proposition formulation and proposal development
·  Proven ability to deliver management consulting projects with a focus on maintenance effectiveness
·  Ability to support business development efforts with specific emphasis on value proposition development and solution architecture
·  Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Experience driving large scale improvement programs within a maintenance organization
·  Program management and service delivery expertise to include resource planning, staffing, and status reporting
·  Customer relationship management and deep skills in expectation management
