Practice Overview:
The Customer Analytics team is aligned to the Consulting division of Accenture and works with our client's services organization. The team provides transformation services across five key offering namely Digital Servicing, Retention and growth, Field Services, Contact channels and Service Operations. These services help our clients optimize their cost to serve and improve revenue per customer.
The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages this diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.

We are looking for sharp, analytics heavy individuals who will help our clients realizing the full potentials of Customer Analytics. We work together with our client representatives from marketing strategy and operations in driving down their CPA, increasing customer life time value and decrease cost to serve through customer Analytics.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
· Develop methodologies to support Customer Analytical project execution across Telcos & Internet, Financial Services, Retail, Automotive and Transportation.
· Develop predictive analytics based solutions for:
· Customer Segmentation
· Statistical Models across customer Lifecycle
· Attrition / Cross-Sell / Upsell Propensity Models
· Customer Lifetime Value
· Pricing Analytics
· Web Analytics
· Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
· Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
· Partner with client teams to understand business problems and marketing strategies

Desired profile

Qualifications:
·  MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields or MBA (Preferred)
Experience:
·  2-7 years of analytics overall experience, including at least 2 years of quantitative analysis for example in the Retail / FMCG Industry.
·  Hands on experience in Predictive analytics projects involving statistical modeling, customer segmentation etc.
·  MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields or MBA (Preferred)

Key Competencies and Skills:
·  Proficiency in one or more of analytical tools such as SAS product suite (Base Stat, E-miner, SAS EGRC), SPSS, SQL, KXEN and any other statistical tools such as R, Matlab etc.
·  Consulting skills and project management experience is preferred
·  Advanced Excel including VBA and PowerPoint skills is a must.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to tie analytic solutions to business/industry value and outcomes
·  Experience in professional services negotiations, deal shaping, and pricing
·  Enthusiasm in executing the end-to-end sales cycle while performing work within an account
·  Enthusiasm in supporting peers in designing and authoring proposals and RFPs
