Job Description:

The iGBS Solution Architect (SA) role is a client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that drives improved efficiency and increased quality through automation offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings to enhance client retained operations
· Prepare the spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
· Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the iGBS solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups, and align the solution with final terms and conditions
· Collaborate with the Solution Lead to plan and architect the overall delivery architecture and capabilities to support a hybrid solution that includes Accenture iGBS and traditional outsourced services.
· Play the Solution Lead for opportunities that focus primarily on iGBS services for a client's retained operation
· Interface with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
· Ensure delivery architecture is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
· Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace intelligence (trends, competition etc.) in order to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business
· Conduct Intelligent Business High Level Assessments which include,
· Identifying processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits savings
· Defining complexity of the process in terms of RPA Delivery
· Providing recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in one of the following areas: HR or Finance/Accounting
·  Minimum of 3 years' experience with Solution Planning/Deal Shaping
·  Minimum 1 year of experience with designing and/or implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions

Preferred Skills:

·  Highly analytical and comfortable developing solution models and business cases
·  Experience with process design / re-design
·  Experience leading teams
·  Process documentation and/or process training experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Excellent leadership and management skills
