IFS ERP Application Administrator

Job description

Job Summary:

Support IFS application by ranging from simple issues to complex reports or technical issues or software developments that take considerable time and expertise to resolve.

What are your responsibilities?
• Manage system security including setting up/changing/removing users.
• Support of external/add-in applications and tools linked into IFS e.g. bar coding.
• Support other third party software e.g. bar coding, JEFFNET (support for report distribution).
• Server management for the data bases and all IFS applications.
• Support for ad hoc projects. Current projects include transfer of the CH business to UK (mainly migration of data), the Barr-Rosin business to the US and Denmark, development of KPI's for procurement and setting up systems to support the SSC operation in Manila.

• Administrator experience (user management);
• Troubleshooting skills;
• ERP Administration – such as new-user setup and configuration, troubleshooting, software implementations
• Advanced English language skills;
• Highly analytical;
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude; self-starter, quick learner.
