We are looking for talented people to join our Human Resources Team
What responsibilities will you have?
1.
Talent Supply Demand
· Ensure accuracy of data captured in scheduling tools
· Anticipate and address skills shortages, excess capacity and supply/demand imbalances before there is a negative impact to business
· Responsible for filling roles assigned to their resource pools and for getting their people
· Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly
· Responsible for filling roles assigned to their resource pools and for getting their people staffed
· Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resource
· Support Client Supply/Demand Specialist in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements. May work directly with client team executives when that is more effective
Learning & Development
· Work with L&D team and SMEs to plan and schedule training session
· Perform all aspects of the administration and end to end delivery within L&D team
· Performing the administrative tasks for the L&D function including HRDC processes
· Prepare report as when required
Recruitment
· Provide all administration support to Recruitment team. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling candidate interviews, processing high volume background checks and applications and conducting professional reference check
· Provide excellent customer service to recruitment team, candidates and hiring managers
· Provide assistance to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment and onboarding process
· Identify process issues, improvement and challenges to the recruitment managers
· Prepare new employees paperwork and employees files for onboarding session
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements:
· 0 – 6 months working experience in Human Resources.
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or any related degree.
· Ability to proactively identify and solve problems logically.
· Ability to work in international and cross-cultural team and environment.
· Good time management and prioritization skills.
· Good communication skills – Written and verbal (French, English).
