HR Specialist - Global Mobility

Your impact & main responsibilities
As a HR specialist in Global Mobility you manage all legal, social and tax topics related to Accenture personnel on assignment abroad: Dutch employees abroad or foreigners in the Netherlands, as well as international transfers to/from the Netherlands.
You act as single point of contact towards international assignees, international hires and their family members. This means the coordination of expatriate assignments and international hires, including administrating and monitoring all in- and outsourced services and activities.
Also, you will be advising and informing HR and recruitment colleagues, line management and employees regarding international mobility matters, processes and policies.
You are also responsible for management of files and procedures, which implies applying internal processes from A to Z in all areas of people mobility: contact with employees, the delivery center in Buenos Aires, other departments of Accenture Amsterdam (Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, other support teams), project teams, legal providers & advisers and Dutch administrations.
Immigration
Analysis of the employee status regarding the immigration law depending on his/her citizenship and the type of activity performed during the assignment. Preparing files and follow-up until delivery of work permit, visa and residency card. Contact with Dutch administrations, employees, Accenture departments linked by mobility and projects.
Budget/Tax provisions :
Assistance to Netherlands People Mobility Lead to evaluate the total costs of an assignee's mobility for project leads and financial controllers.
Accenture Policies :
Ability to understand, explain and apply People mobility policies and implications. To achieve that, maintain close relationship with HR, People mobility (ET&I), legal and business tams.
Database :
Daily use and update of various databases to manage mobility & people's files.
Collaboration with Buenos Aires service centre
Assistance to the Buenos Aires team in their analysis; update of manuals used by the team, regular participation to their training sessions.
Daily coordination with them to ensure file management.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Your background
· You have at least a bachelor degree related to HR, administrative, accounting, financial, allowing to grasp the overall legal and financial aspects in people mobility;
· You speak fluent / professional Dutch and English;
· You are junior or you have a maximum of 3 years experience if possible in management of people mobility or migration;
· You have interest or experience in working with different cultures;.
· You have organisational skills and you are service-oriented and dynamic;
· You have the capacity to explain and convince;
· You are eager to learn and develop skills;
· Also thoroughness, understanding of prioritization is important.
