Job Title : HR Scheduling Administrator-TSC(Contract)

Level : 12 - Associate

Location : Dublin

Job Summary

The TSC Scheduling Admin Single Point of Contact (SPoC) is responsible for supporting the UK Talent Supply Chain team with a range of scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Activities

· Contact individuals showing as available and request myScheduling calendar updates
· Ask individuals to update myScheduling CVs
· Contact individuals to verify roll-off dates
· Follow up with individuals about their chargeability results
· Basic skill searches in myScheduling
· Reporting such as downloading supply reports from myScheduling, preparing chargeability reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements

Demand Activities

· Data cleansing (updating start dates, talent segments, role fulfilment entities)
· Ensure roles are tagged in myScheduling as open to contractors, cross-border staffing where appropriate
· Support with confirming roll-off dates with accounts
· Demand reporting such as roll-offs, FTE usage on accounts
· Follow up with projects to request feedback on CVs proposed

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification



Work Experience

·  1-2 years of related work experience
·  Good communication and relationship management skills
·  Has a liking for analytics and working with spreadsheets
·  Has an eye for detail
·  Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
·  Ability to work well in a team environment
