Your impact

As an HR Advisor, you will advise business leaders on various HR topics, initiate projects and the HR cycle (Cycle from on- and off boarding, performance achievement, talent management, absent management and career development). You will be part of a team of 14 HR colleagues but are responsible to manage your own group and stakeholders.

What you can expect is to join an environment where you can make your own ideas reality, drive your own career and work with Sr. Leadership and colleagues from various departments. We are front-runners in HR with the implementation of Performance Achievement, Employee Experience and offshore Service Centers enabling you to focus on the H in HR.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  3+ years experience in HR of which at least a proven track record of 2 years as a strong HR Business Partner
·  Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment
·  Self-starter, quick learner and team player
·  Strong stakeholder management skills within a corporate and international environment
·  Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing) is required for this role
