Your Role
Insurance Processes professionals enable the processes involved in supporting the insurance industry including property and casualty insurers, life insurers, health insurers, and reinsurers. As an Insurance Consultant, with specific experiences on Guidewire Insurance Suite, you will be working on a team to shape and deliver projects aimed to address a client's strategic business challenges in the P&C insurance policy administration & billing space.
Your Responsibilities
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Participate in all phases of SDLC from requirements/scoping through deployment within the Agile Scrum teams.
· Build expertise in key technical, functional and professional skills.
· Plan and coordinate own/Scrum team's activities (if in a supervisory role) to meet deliverable commitments and quality expectations. Implement better and/or innovative ways to meet goals or overcome obstacles via Retrospective sessions.
· Maintain a high level of Client focus within the team and interact with Product Owner.
· Work collaboratively with other team members (Client and Accenture) from different disciplines and backgrounds. Keep management informed and involved as issues develop.

Your Qualifications and Profile
Consulting experience
3+ years of work experience with knowledge of P&C insurance products and processes
3+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle within Agile and Scrum development teams
2+ years of experience with P&C insurance policy administration & billing implementation project for Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Billing or Guidewire Insurance Suite
Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science/MIS or Engineering)
Demonstrated experience in one or several of the following: Personal Lines, Small Commercial Lines, Large Specialty, Domestic Companies and/or Multi-national companies
