OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for ensuring GPH related reports are delivered accurately and on time. Gather and document GPH reporting requirements and manage GPH related reports

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deliver On time and Accurate GPH Reports globally
· Maintain GPH reports inventory
· Manage GPH reporting change requests
· Work with GPH POCs from all sites and functional teams
· Conducts review of GPH reports for billing purposes
· Facilitates meetings regarding Productivity reflected in GPH
· Provide regular and ad-hoc results interpretation to Accenture management as requested
· Utilize GPH data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
· Work with other teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance results in accordance with contractual agreements between Accenture, vendors and clients
Working Conditions
· Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
· Client holidays are observed
· Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
· Overtime may be required

Qualifications :

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
·  Graduate with 2 years of working experience with Metrics and Reporting
·  Make/propose improvements to work products, services or processes
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·  Comply with Accenture standards, procedures and policies
·  Build skills (self or others) needed to execute responsibilities
