The General Accounting Operations Analyst manages and executes general accounting processes, including management and/or execution of core financial processes such as billing, accounting, recordings, amortizations, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations and half-year reports. Provide team support, resolution of complex issues, definition of standards and approaches, planning, and internal/external client relationship management.

Job Description

The General Accounting Operations Analyst will be required to review and analyse all expense claims ensuring they are complying to T E policy submitted by employees.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Monitor and process the expense reports received

·  Perform initial review functions to verify adequacy of supporting documents prior to processing, consistent with client's policies and procedures

·  Resolve supporting documentation issues by communicating to the appropriate channels

·  Release continue processing those on hold reports when issues are resolved

·  Perform analysis and calculate related taxes then make journal entries for the received manual expense reports

·  Establish and maintain operation procedure that effectively monitor expense policy compliance

·  Monitor and report on the late submission of expense documentation

·  Validate the approval levels and signatories on the expense report

·  Escalate missing supporting documents and assist in resolving escalated issues

·  Perform statistical sample audit

·  Prepare necessary reports in connection with the expenses

·  Manage Accenture processes and user system access in compliance with the client's security access policies and local country data privacy requirements

·  Develop working relationships with counterparts partner to ensure rapid research and response times

·  Perform special projects as assigned by Team Leader or Manager

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications

·  High School Diploma or GED
·  Minimum of 1 year of Finance and Accounting experience
·  Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Experience with Oracle ERP accounting system
·  Flexibility, especially in the period of month quarter year end closing

·  Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels
