Responsible for management consulting duties in finance fields such as banking, securities, insurance and consumer credit. Important management consulting themes are as indicated below and include total support of everything from drafting strategy to assisting in actual execution.

Qualifications :

【Basic Qualifications】
・Minimum bachelor's degree.
・Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese
・1 years+ of experience working in FS projects (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Banking & Financial Institutes) OR ・1 years+ of experience in financial institutes (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Bank) OR ・1 years+ of Experience in consulting

・Seeking candidates with working experience with financial institutions, Sier (for finance), or management consulting firms, as well as professionals who possess special knowledge, experience and skills that meet the job description being recruited for in the finance field and procedures, general management consulting and the operations. ・ Looking for individuals interested in resolving client management issues and restructuring the Japanese finance industry. Must be committed to client restructuring, be self-directed and work tirelessly in transcending the traditional role of a consultant. The ideal candidate will want to fully develop his/her management prowess by acting as a management consultant and also have experience dealing with many clients and a wide variety of projects and will be keenly interested in honing his/her skills.
