What will you be doing?


You act as the trusted advisor for your clients and help them with any difficulties or problems they might encounter. Project management is key: following up on both the difficulties as well as on the impact of the solutions you have proposed and implemented. You participate in weekly meetings with different stakeholders, clients and key users, where the status, dilemmas and solutions are to be discussed. You listen to your clients' needs; they listen to your suggestions. You will experience how business process knowledge can be converted into functional designs and transformative solutions that create game-changing solutions for real-life clients.

You will have the opportunity to show your creativity, come up with new ideas and share your passion for industries, methodologies, innovation and digital solutions. As an intern doing a functional internship at Accenture, your responsibilities are extremely diverse. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team, using your creative and analytical skills to empower our clients by applying new methodologies, processes and technologies. The ultimate goal is to empower our clients to grow, while also growing yourself.

You are a final year Bachelor- or Master student (Banking & Finance, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Applied Economics, Marketing, …).

You are a typical go-getter with an infectious can-do attitude. You have a passion for technology and a keen interest in business. You are a true team player who works to the best of your abilities and inspires colleagues along the way. You have excellent communication skills in English, Dutch or French. You love the idea of tackling complex business matters and transforming them into reliable, functional solutions.
