The Strategic Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing project and program management support in a fast paced environment, involving many stakeholders. Responsibilities will include reporting on program status, managing cross-work stream communications, resource management and communication activities. These tasks include but are not limited to:
• Preparing program status reports (Executive Dashboards, Resource Management Status Reports) and other executive-level briefings
• Preparing Program Wide communications
• Maintain Program wide contracts lists, Org charts, distribution lists and NJ Orientation material
• Assist with program stand up activities such as pricing, forecasting, resource management/staffing, and vendor management/procurement coordination

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree (or 2 years of experience working within a Program Management Office)
·  2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
·  1 year of experience supporting a Project Management team performing one or more of the following: Resource Management, Staffing/Recruiting, Financial Management, Vendor Management, Contracts Management
·  1 year of experience developing project status reports and metrics utilizing MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Resource must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders involved An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
