You are:   

A proactive thinker who uses Oracle to help your clients do work digitally. You are eager to tackle complex problems and have the track record to prove it. Your people skills are on point, so working with clients and getting the best out of teams comes as naturally to you as designing prototypes.

The work:

· Performs principal consulting duties as a Conversion Developer on Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives
· Responsible for managing and executing the requirements, analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Oracle Cloud HCM Development components
· Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule
· Performs research on problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, and identifies corrective measures
· Seeks opinions and feedback on alternative solutions and implements those that have been agreed upon by the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Here's what you ne ed:

·  3 years of professional IT experience to include 6 months of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integration tools such as HDL Loader and/or HCM Extract

This role requires US citizenship with no dual US citizenship accepted.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
