As a Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key components of Drupal-based solutions to create fantastic citizen experiences for our Federal clients, positively impacting millions of US citizens. We are seeking a Drupal Developer with expertise in Front-End Development, Backend Development and/or Site Building.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications using Drupal (frontend or site building)
· Experience working in Agile development processes (SCRUM, Kanban), standard SDLC, or CMMI compliant projects
· Minimum 1 year of experience with HTML and JavaScript (frontend)
· Experience with creating blocks, views, taxonomy and ability to identify and configure Drupal community contributed modules (site building)
· Experience with software code management tools (Git, SVN) Understanding of SEO and Web Accessibility (US Section 508 Accessibility) best practices as needed in a Drupal theme
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Science Drupal Certification
· Previous consulting or contracting experience
· Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting, either military or civilian
· HTML5, CSS, Frontend frameworks and libraries, such as JavaScript, JQuery, Angular+, CSS3, Sass, LESS, W3C
· Dynamic stylesheet languages, e.g. SASS, LESS
· Responsive web design and Drupal 8 TWIG framework
· US Web Design System Standards and 508 Compliance Testing
· Strong experience with cross browser/device responsive development
· Deep understanding of Drupal 8 and custom theme development
· Deep understanding of Drupal 8 theme layer and preprocessing
· Basic understanding of Drupal 8 module development
· Proficiency with TWIG template language
· Experience with Drupal Base Themes and Child Themes
· Proficiency working with Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch to save images for web
· Experience with performance optimization tools
· Basic understanding of common accessibility requirements
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
