You are:
The Business Process Development Analyst , will analyses an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements. Define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

The work:

· Work with senior client front office leadership and other senior stakeholders to design business processes, requirements, to define the future state of HR IT systems.
· Assess organization processes, business model and its integration with technology
· Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy to include stakeholder assessments, communications, and end user training.
· Facilitate discussions in order to collaborate and obtain concurrence.
· Collaborate with Business SMEs to draft user stories and journey maps
· Collect and assemble business requirements.
