The BI Data Analytics Lead will have 10 years of overall experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of key tasks on an exciting enterprise wide modernization project using the most current technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of analytics developers to develop the KPI, Dashboards, and reports needed to support efficient and agile operational of a hybrid-cloud managed services organization.
· Overall responsibility for conceptual, logical, and technical architecture of solution, data collection and integration strategies, and reports.
· Provide strong performance management for direct reports, especially in growing the team's technical expertise in reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure.
· Drive team strategy, goal setting, and performance of team members.
· Establish prioritized roadmaps and implement strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results against these goals.
· Identify and drive scalable solutions for building and automating reports, pipelines, dashboards, and infrastructure to monitor key performance metrics, workforce strategy, and product growth.
· Proactively and regularly communicate the impact of changes or issues with our data, logging, and infrastructure.
· Partner with Engineering and Operations to solve problems at scale.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  10 years of experience and a B.S. Degree. (Bachelor of Science (BS) can be substituted with an additional 4 years of related experience)
·  4+ years of business Intelligence (BI) domain expertise
·  4+ BI Report Development, Integration Services, and Data Warehousing experience
·  1 year minimum experience leading technical teams of 5+ people
·  US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Strong preference for 1+ years experience with Microsoft BI Stack (PowerBI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS)
·  Experience developing web pages using AngularJS
·  Experience configuring solutions / reports on the ServiceNow Platform
·  Experience developing and integrating with web-based API's
·  Experience with Cloud analytics and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and/or AppDynamics
·  Experience operating within data center and cloud service provider environments such as AWS
·  Experience with JIRA and/or Bitbucket for sprint planning, issue resolution and source code management
·  Experience working with machine oriented algorithms
