Your Position

As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) capability of Accenture Operations, in collaboration with the Project/Program Manager, you will be assigned to the role of PMO on one of our internal or client side multinational projects.

Your role

• Assist in development of the strategy & drawing of a plan and approach for the immediate and midterm future

• Coordinate project meetings, communications, both internal and external

• Stakeholder management

• Project financial management – tracking of budgets and costs

• Contract management

• Resource management

• Follow up of procedures and deliverables

• Client Data Protection management

• Opportunity management, maintaining pipeline, decreasing last minute actions and enabling easier sales forecasting;

• Pricing support, ranging from 1FTE short term extensions to large multi-year multi-million dollar contracts;

• Invoicing and receivables management, cutting down the DSO and saving on capital charges;

• Monthly forecasting

• Financial and Operational status reporting to identify trends and issues, enabling you to manage by exception

• Account facilitation.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience is in a similar role

• A higher education (Bachelor or above)

• Commitment to personal development

• Good communication skills – both oral and in writing

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, ..)

• The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

• Flexible to work at client locations

• Project management certified is a plus (Prince 2, ITIL, Agile)
