Job Description:
Digital Workplace professionals help organizations transform their workplace environments through the strategic use of the latest technologies, processes and delivery models. Employing solutions focused on virtualization, collaboration, and messaging technologies; individuals within Accenture's Digital Workplace practice provide solutions that increase productivity, decrease costs and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
· Converse with client counterparts on cloud collaboration strategies.
· Work independently to support the work efforts at a client project or within Accenture.
· Perform business analysis activities such as supporting business processes for Office 365 projects.
· Participation in the development of Cost-Benefit analysis and%5Cor ROI studies for the adoption of Cloud-based collaboration services.
· Participate on a team building and/or testing Workplace and Collaboration focused solutions.
· Apply Accenture methodology, Accenture reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver high quality work.
· Develop and maintain project plans, generate status reporting, and manage issue tracking and risk assessment for client and internal Accenture teams.
· Effectively communicate project status with peers, supervisors and client.
· Build relationships with client counterparts.
· Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to clients.
· Potential for 100% travel (Monday - Friday).
Desired profile
Basic Qualifications
· Current understanding of Office 365 products and services.
· Understand the architectural differences between Office 365, Google @ Work, and On-Premise services.
· Knowledge of the efforts required to execute a successful Office 365 migration.
· General understanding of enterprise telephony (both traditional TDM and VoIP) architectures.
· Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in deploying one or more of the following:
· Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business, Yammer, Microsoft OneDrive
· Business analysis experience including activities such as process design, business case development, release management or change management for Cloud-based collaboration services.
· Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience.
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills:
· Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification.
· Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
· Experience in technical architecture design, evaluation, and investigation.
· Familiarity with IT infrastructure business cases.
· Experience in Digital Workplace basic qualification areas including virtualization, collaboration, and messaging technologies.
