These professionals improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end to end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Digital Project Manager is a key driver in ensuring the content delivered is planned, prioritized, and developed as part of this broader experience. We are looking for someone with an excellent ability to manage content development activities across many stakeholders, groups, and areas while driving adherence to milestones, processes, requirements, and overall site objectives. This position is ideal for someone who has strong abilities around program management, business analytics, and collaboration, and one who brings a passion for building relationships and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

· Work with the key stakeholders such as product marketing managers.
· To define and drive the overall deliverables and timelines associated with content planning, development, and delivery.
· To drive and manage the design to development to delivery project plan.
· To lead conversations for the content planning and decisions.
· To drive the creation and management of the detailed content operations workback schedule, including integration dependencies with the overall master event WBS related to the project plan.
· Manage communication and dissemination of information via weekly monthly operations meetings, weekly email communications, and more.
· Establish content review checkpoints with content teams and manage expectations and activities against these processes and associated milestones.
· Partner with production team to track on time delivery Other projects responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Experience:

·  Written and spoken English, C1 or above 90%.
·  Experience and Skills 6 years of excellent Digital projects management experience
·  Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5 or similar
·  Experience executing Agile/Scrum programs
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment in the information technology industry or it's equivalent coursework.
·  Minimum 3 year of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for Fortune 500 customers; experience working on and managing enterprise scale projects or it's equivalent coursework.
·  Minimum 1 year experience in one or more digital marketing methodologies, or architectures or it's equivalent coursework.
·  Minimum 1 year experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
·  Proven experience communicating with key senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
·  Able to demonstrate high-impact improvement made to an process that was in-process.
·  Project budget management experience
·  Bachelor’s Degree or greater or equivalent experience
·  Project Management Master Degree
·  Ability to work with teams that are not co-located
·  Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including high competencies in strategic thinking, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and communication interpersonal skills.
·  Superior negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate solid strategic thinking and cross group collaboration, internally and across business groups, including leadership teams.
·  Experience delivering results with little supervision, self serve around solutions and troubleshooting, and effectively manage multiple activities. Knowledge of content management systems and content taxonomy concepts, a strong plus.
