Job Description

YOUR ROLE: Data Management Specialist
· Perform assessments and develop roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their data management and programmatic marketing vision
· Support DMP consultative engagements, collaborating with other Accenture colleagues in data, analytics, as well as our clients' agencies, to transform their marketing and analytics organization
· Support our clients' selection, integration and ongoing management of DMP solutions
· Support paid media engagements where Accenture is actively managing a client's media budget. This may involve helping develop the media strategy, conducting audience and media research, building campaigns, optimizing campaigns for business outcomes, creating performance reporting, and making program improvement recommendations.
· Actively support the development of Accenture's data management platform offering
· Keep in front of industry and ad technology trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events
· Travel: Required
Desired profile
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
· 2+ years of hands on experience setting up a data management platform with either Adobe Audience, Krux or Blue Kai.
· 1+ years managing paid media and programmatic programs (DMP).
· 1+ year of experience using / installing / customizing web analytics and tag management solutions
· Experience working with DMP, SSP and/or DSP products (Adobe, Oracle, Turn, Krux, DLX, RocketFuel, etc.)
· Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, or technical specialty
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
· Experience with large client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services
· 1+ years of experience buying or selling programmatic marketing through a platform (e.g., DSP, SSP, DMP)
· Previous experience working at one of the major ad technology companies that offer DMP, SSP, and / or DSP products (Examples include: Adobe, Oracle, Turn, Krux, DLX, RocketFuel, etc)
· Solid understanding of the how paid media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel
· Solid understanding of digital analytics and paid media tracking deployment through Tag Management or related systems.
· Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple
· Experience performing advanced analytics on digital data sources (e.g., digital analytics data, digital advertising data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.)
· Solid knowledge of web analytics and tag management solutions and differences between providers (ex: Adobe, Google, Tealium, Ensighten, etc)
· Solid Knowledge of advanced data sets in the media space (ex: Nielsen, Catalina, Rentrak, etc)
· Solid Knowledge of data integration techniques and processes (e.g., tagging web, mobile, and/or media properties, ID Syncing, data matching & key vendors, data fusion & key partners, etc)
· Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc)
· Previous experience with Internet technologies (e.g., browser cookies, HTML, Javascript, web site development, etc)
· Good understanding of end-to-end process in marketing, sales, and service organization
