Accenture is operating a global Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence on behalf of a global Fortune 100 technology company. As part of the Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence you will be responsible for working with the clients teams on the production, execution and optimization of highly-personalized digital direct marketing campaigns, including the development of campaign lists, personalized HTML emails and landing pages, campaign deployment, post-campaign reporting and premium account optimization services.

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Marketing Optimisation Teams for all technical queries, sharing your expertise and building their capability. You will also be responsible for creating the relationship between the large customer requestors and the Optimisation teams.

Responsibilities include:
· Working with the clients Optimisation teams to develop their technical capability within highly personalised digital direct marketing campaigns and technologies
· Maximising and developing the SME function within the team
· Identifying and highlighting areas for improvement across all team activities
· Liaison between the requestor groups and the optimisation teams
· Liaison with the Quality and Training teams on general support, most effective practices and initiatives
· Occasionally partaking in Team Lead duties when required
· Consulting with the client on the most effective method of the delivery of tasks
· Collaborating with team mates to ensure that the knowledge base of the team is maximised
· Contributing to the positive atmosphere within the team
· Sharing in the success and achievements of colleagues and team mates

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience

·  Deep knowledge on the tools and technologies for digital marketing campaign optimization
·  3+ years' experience in digital marketing campaign optimization
·  Strong ability to build and develop client relationships
·  BA or BS in Marketing (Digital) or a related field is preferred
·  Excellent command of written English spelling and grammar
·  Experience working with enterprise level client accounts
·  End to End Digital Campaign Management experience
·  Deep experience in search advertising platforms, such as AdWords, Bing, Yahoo.
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Good interpersonal relationship skills
·  Strong experience in managing projects on tight timelines
·  Work experience with internationally distributed teams is a plus
