Job Description

The Team Lead combines consultancy expertise, technical knowledge and industry experience with ‘best of breed' technologies, that have earned a reputation as innovative, technical systems integrators capable of successfully optimizing end-to-end next generation communication networks, System Servers, SAN, and application development. Qualifications

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications
·  A minimum of 2 years Operations experience
·  A minimum of 2 years of team management
Preferred Qualifications:
·  Bachelor's degree
·  Ability to adapt in a quickly changing work enviornment
·  Content moderation and call-center experience
·  Ability and willingness to work in a 24 x 7 work enviornment
·  Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
·  Previous client facing experience
·  Program, Project Management and Service Management Experience
·  Prior experience working for innovative technology company
·  Process Improvement Experience
