Who We Are:

The Public Sector Sales Center of Excellence (CoE) team is the engine behind driving the growth of Public Sector business. We support the Sales teams in CoE-supported pursuits.

What You Will Do:


This Analyst will be the NA Competitive Intelligence (CI) Researcher for Public Sector clients. The CI Researcher is responsible for maintaining and enhancing proprietary market-tracking tools to keep market insights current for the domains covered by the Public Sector Sales Center of Excellence which includes Public Health, ERP, and Health and Human Services Domains (Integrated Eligibility, Child Welfare and Child Support).

In addition, for small deals, the CI Researcher will collaborate with opportunity teams to provide insights to shaping Accenture's bid into a highly competitive bid. The CI Researcher is responsible for supporting sales pursuit teams by providing/analyzing competitive data in comparison to Accenture's solution – both from a quality perspective and from a pricing perspective.

By Reporting to the Deal Execution Lead in the PS CoE, supporting the CoE Competitive Architects and collaborating with Accenture's larger CI pricing team, the CI Researcher will learn and be able to communicate the competitor strengths and weaknesses for competitors w/in NA PS, learn sales best practices, and, for smaller deals, develop and communicates the competitive pricing recommendation to the deal team.

Qualifications :

What You Need:

·  1+ year(s) proposal/sales/pricing experience of complex services deals in a company like Accenture or in the Public Sector
·  1+ year(s) experience in a corporate environment
·  1+ year(s) of Outsourcing and/or Consulting experience
·  Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Extra Credit For:

·  Excellent skills in gathering and analyzing data
·  Strong skills in MS applications: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
·  Proficiency in MS Office Outlook and Teams
·  Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Experience working and planning effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations
·  Ability to interface with multiple clients and engage in a constructive manner
·  Comfort working on short deadlines
