Travel: Up to 100% mobility

Salary: £68,000 - £93,000

Key features of the role

In today's digitalised world, being able to provide a seamless customer experience and optimising the path to purchase is key for a retailer's success. As a manager with a background in architecting customer purchase experiences, you will play a crucial role in identifying and architecting unique customer journeys, across multiple channels, to deliver best in class experiences for our clients.

You will have hands-on experience of identifying and architecting joined up customer propositions across eCommerce, store and mobile channels, including the use of APIs to streamline operations. As a manager, you will be comfortable working directly with client stakeholders as well as leading and contributing to your team.

As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will also work to develop points of view on technologies and best in class experiences to spread knowledge and experience both internally and externally.

What we're looking for

Advisory & implementation experience of customer journey definition and payments architecture, which should include tangible examples in several of the following areas:

·  Comprehensive understanding and hands on experience of defining payments architecture across multiple channels to support customer journeys
·  Experience of advising clients on technology choices to support their customer journey
·  Knowledge and understanding of payment regulations such as PSD2
·  Knowledge of emerging technologies (including relevant payment innovation) and how to apply in an enterprise architecture setting
·  Understanding of retail integration to financial institutions
·  Confident in forging and owning relationships and owning conversations with client stakeholders
·  Background in the Retail industry

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

·  Educated to Bachelor's Degree level
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Onshore, client-facing experience
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Strong career progression to date
·  You must be willing to be London based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required
