The need for firms to introduce, reshape, and optimize new customer journeys is clearer than ever.

How can banks transform themselves to meet the revolution of brand-new customer journeys and financial offerings (online / cloud-banking, open platform banking, etc.) to flourish in a future augmented by new technologies? What drives real business value, customer satisfaction, as well as innovation and creativity?

Accenture offers you the possibility to experience this new revolution from the front row. You are expected to write a master thesis based on scientific research into the concepts, applications and values of Customer Journey and New Banking within the Dutch banking industry. Next to its theoretical value, the thesis should generate new knowledge and insights that is of direct relevance to Accenture's Financial Services industry and should strengthens Accenture's leading position as a global professional services provider.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background
·  You are a Master student in the final year of your graduation from university with preferably, but not exclusively, a specialization in the areas of Innovation Management, Change Management or International Business (& Management)
·  You have affinity with disruptive technologies and the financial services industry
·  You are a team player with excellent communication skills and you are fluent in Dutch and English;
·  You work independently and have a hands-on mentality, you are creative and take responsibility, and you have a strong intrinsic motivation to work on the subject and take ownership over certain areas.
