Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Key responsibilities:

· Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
· Familiarize themselves with or be very interested in media products as defined by the client (Music, TV Shows, Places, Books, Authors)
· Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures
· Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
· Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
· Search and determine relevancy of the material via available search engines

Desired profile

·  Analysts must speak Turkish and have relevant market knowledge
·  Strong English is a must
·  Good knowledge of pop culture, music, TV shows, places, books and authors is a must.
·  High level of proficiency in utilizing search engines such as Google and Bing
·  Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
·  Detail orientation and ability to do in-depth research
·  Passionate about the internet
·  Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
·  Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
·  Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
·  Enjoying challenging opportunities
·  Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels
·  Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
·  Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
·  Microsoft Office skills
·  Client industry experience is a plus
