Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage transaction processing teams operating in two shifts;
· Meet metrics;
· Improve operating efficiency;
· Develop people;
· Develop relationships with client counterparts;
· Manage contract terms and conditions;
· Coordinate and manage assigned capability roles.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills and Requirements:

·  + 1 year of supervisory experience;
·  Management reporting experience;
·  Managing the team's measured productivity;
·  Experience managing productivity-driven operations;
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills;
·  Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience;
·  Strong analytical skills;
·  Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management;
·  Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities;
·  Flexibility to work straight night shifts or swing shifts;
·  General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures;
·  Ability to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency;
·  Fluency in Italian.
